How long does delivery take?+
Most AU orders ship within 3 business days of approval, then 2-5 business days in transit depending on your postcode and shipping tier. Express options at checkout if you need it faster.
What file formats do you accept?+
PDF (preferred, with 3mm bleed and crop marks), JPG and PNG at 300dpi. We'll flag anything that won't print cleanly before we hit the press.
Can you design it for me?+
Yes — Goldroom Agency runs the design side. Email [email protected] with what you're after, and we'll come back with a quote and timeline.
Do you do anything beyond what's in the catalogue?+
Often. If you don't see what you need, write to us. We have access to 60+ product lines globally — apparel, packaging, signage, photo books — and we'll quote anything custom.
What about returns?+
Print is bespoke, so we can't accept returns of correctly-produced orders. If something arrives damaged or doesn't match the proof, email us within 7 days and we'll reprint.
